NCIM 2011 Annual Meeting Registration Form

This year's NCIM annual meeting will be held just prior to the start of the AMS Summer Community Meeting in Boulder, CO. The meeting will run from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Monday, August 8, 2011. Advance payment of the $25 NCIM Annual Meeting registration fee by using the NCIM PayPal tool is encouraged. Optionally, checks payable to "NCIM" will also be accepted in advance or at the door. No cash or credit cards at the door, please.

The $25 Registration Fee includes hot breakfast and the room rental.
